WILL ELSON

Will has been a personal trainer at NYHRC since 2011. He holds a Masters in Exercise Science and is a USATF Level II (Sprints and Endurance) coach. Additionally, Will is a three-time NCAA Track & Field All-American. Through his expertise in functional movement, core stabilization and metabolic training, Will loves to help people conquer their day with exercise. His three favorite words are: consistency, consistency, consistency.
