Angela suffered from childhood asthma, which motivated her to improve her health fitness and devote her life to helping the health and wellness of others.  She greets every member as though they were a long lost friend and tries to integrate as much fun as possible in their training. Angela’s strategy is to push clients outside their comfort zone while keeping them constantly laughing. In addition to Angela’s 15-plus years experience in personal training, she is also a NYHRC boot camp instructor.  She is enthusiastic about life, but serious about training and holds certifications in strength and conditioning and kickboxing.  Angela’s motto is that “can’t” should be removed from your personal descriptive vocabulary.  Less
