Cranial Sacral
By addressing the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum, this therapy alleviates stress and pain caused from chronic injuries, neck and back pain, and migraines.

Reiki
Known as a system of relaxation and natural healing, Reiki channels energy through touch to naturally restore physical and emotional well-being.

Rolfing
Through deep manipulation of the body’s soft tissue, this technique aims to improve the vertical realignment of the body and release muscular tension at the skeletal level. It also relieves chronic pain, reduces stress, and improves posture.

Medical Massage
Using multiple massage techniques, this treatment is intended to resolve specific conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a doctor.

Tui Na
