Trying to stay hydrated on water alone can be tough and, let’s face it, sometimes boring. Eight cups of water a day is recommended, but who said this can’t be achieved through solid foods? Here’s a list of flavorful snacks that give you the hydration and taste your body craves:

      Watermelon:
      Watermelon is made up of over 90% water and is a great go-to snack any time of day. Plus, it’s chockfull of potassium and vitamin A and C .

      Cucumber:
      Cucumbers have the highest water content of about 97%. This versatile vegetable keeps you both hydrated and rich on vitamins K and B6.

      Celery:
      Who said celery only worked as a side dish to wings? Packed with vitamins, this super hydrating veggie can be used as a home remedy for heartburn and acid reflex. It’s made up of 95% water and contains the minerals your body needs most.

      Iceberg Lettuce:
      Though iceberg lettuce is not known for its nutrients, it does keep you very hydrated. Made up of 96% water, there’s no need to worry about your hydration levels with this sandwich add on.

      Radish:
      This root veggie is filled with 94% water. Radishes also supply you with the folate, fiber, and antioxidants that keep your body moving.
